We’ve used Potomac for nearly a year now, originally because of yellow jacket & also wasps nest, and now we have quarterly maintenance. The communication is great, the appointments are quick and effective but what I appreciate most, aside from not having any nests!, is the use of a safe, plant based spray (we have young kids and a cat) and also the shoe covers they automatically put on when they come in the house! I can't speak highly enough about Potomac Pest and John who came out to my house in DC. Extremely professional, but also personable and so honest and transparent. I can't stress enough how honest this company is. They truly want to do what's best and most reasonable for you, and at no point do they push any treatments or subscriptions on you. He came out with a very sensible analysis and plan for short-term elimination and long-term prevention and completed everything at the inspection in mere minutes.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and their personal. From the moment I sent out the request to the moment the finished removing the family they found in the attic, they were responsive, professional and super knowledgeable. The best part was they came the day after I contacted them so the birds didn’t do more damage and noise.
